The liquid ring vacuum pumps ALZ/2000
DESCRIPTION: The liquid ring vacuum pumps ALZ/2000 grant capacities from 1.500 up to 12.500 m3/h.

MODELS: The pumps ALZ/2000 are available:
- In standard construction
- In special construction (ALZ/2000-2) for high vacuum degrees
CONSTRUCTION: The pumps ALZ/2000 have two horizontal suction nozzles available to grant a solution with two pumps instead of one each of one working with 50% of the total capacity and with independent and differential vacuum degrees. The single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are studied and produced to grant a very low energy consumption compared to continuos working in hard conditions. The presence of distributors with wide crosses grants efficiency, reliability and low consumptions.
MATERIALS: The standard construction material is cast iron other solutions are forecasted as follows:
- Stainless steel RV316
- Ceramic composite RC
The sealing is granted from stuffing box in the standard executions; on request, the sealing is done through mechanical seals.
