NPO Passat offers services in turning and milling of large-sized parts. Mechanical processing of large-sized parts is performed on CNC machines.
A CNC longitudinal milling machine. Dimensions of the working area DxWxH 5000x1900x1300mm. Possibility of processing with a minimum number of resetting due to the use of automatic rotary milling head.
CNC lathe and carousel machining center. Maximum diameter of processing - 3500 mm, maximum height of processing - 1800 mm. The equipment capabilities allow to perform turning, milling, drilling and threading operations.
Highly qualified workers of 5-6 grades work on the equipment. We have positive experience in processing ferrous, stainless steel, titanium.
