Custom manufacturing of tank non-standard equipment
Research and Production Association "PASSAT" (Passat Holding) offers custom manufacturing of tank non-standard equipment according to customer's drawings made of corrosion-resistant steels and titanium for chemical, pulp and power industries. Structural design of tank equipment, both vertical and horizontal, can be different.
Tanks can be additionally equipped with:

stirring devices of various types,

кcontrol and measuring devices,

control cabinets.
Our company has a full machine-building cycle: plasma cutting, chopping, bending, rolling, certified welding process SMAW, MIG/MAG, TIG, automated submerged-arc welding of bodies of rotation up to 4000 mm in diameter, turning up to 8000 mm, CNC milling, shot blasting, powder painting, chemical analysis of steels and alloys.
For the production of capacitive non-standard equipment in the Research and Production Association "Passat" use austenitic, austenitic-ferritic steels, nickel alloy, titanium.
In our work we use the following methods of nondestructive testing:

tightness control,
destructive testing:

mechanical testing,

tests for resistance to intercrystalline corrosion,

metallographic analysis,

determination of ferrite phase content.
The quality management system is certified for compliance with STB ISO 9001-2015. Welding production is certified in accordance with international standards ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2. Welding technologies are certified in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 15614-1, STB ISO 15614-5, as well as DIN EN ISO 15614-1:2017+A1:2019. Welding operations are coordinated by a specialist qualified as an International Welding Engineer.
