Apparatuses are designed for dissolution of KCl in sludge from unloading sludge thickeners with brine until it is saturated at operating temperature and claries the drain (mother liquor).
KCl dilution is used to work with potash ores. The resulting component is used in the production of potash fertilizers.
The dilution of KCl occurs in cylindrical apparatus with a cone-shaped bottom. The units are equipped with special agitators to improve the interaction between the leached raw material and the solvent lye.
