Foam Separation Machines Deep Impeller

The deep impeller foam separation machine (MPSGI) is used in the process of slurry flotation for deslamification of the discharge of hydraulic separators in the production of potash fertilizers.

MPSI is a column machine divided into four chambers, each with a volume of 38 m3. In each chamber there is an impeller unit equipped with an electric drive, into which compressed air is supplied.

In the process of slurry flotation, a foam product is formed, which is removed through the drain chute. The height of the foam layer in the chamber is measured by a pressure sensor and adjusted by the gate in automatic mode. The product freed from sludge is a chamber product, which is removed through the gate and enters further into the process. MPSGI machines are equipped with instrumentation and control systems that ensure operation in automatic or manual modes. The control of the instrumentation and control system is carried out by a programmable controller that provides start-up and control of the technological process, visualization of the process, archiving of information, its inclusion in the automated process control system. Thanks to the almost complete automation of the slurry flotation process, high technological indicators are achieved, reducing the loss of a useful component with slurries.
