Testing of lamella thickening technology in gold recovery
NPO "Passat" starts pilot tests on thickening of hydrocyclone discharge and upgrading of the existing radial thickener discharge in ore processing at the gold extraction plant "Belaya Gora" (Highland Gold*) of Shtokverk deposit (Khabarovsk Territory).
The mobile pilot installation of NPO Passat will be delivered to the Customer in two sea containers and is designed to determine the real specific loads on the lamella thickener in the conditions of the existing production, to determine the industrial size of the thickener, to confirm the performance and technological parameters of the modern thin-layer thickening solution of NPO Passat.
Constant decrease of ore raw material indicators, involvement of hard-to-enrich minerals into development require intensification of enrichment process, increase of processing volumes and number of apparatuses. Introduction of modern thin-layer thickening technologies by the clients of Passat NPO has ensured productivity growth, reduction of capital and operating costs.
