NPO Passat has manufactured a saturated alkali liquor tank for 4 Production Unit
The 40 m3 vessel will be installed in the vacuum crystallization department during the reconstruction of process line B in the existing chain of equipment. It is designed to receive saturated alkali liquor from the desludging section, purified from salt and clay sludge.
We manufacture all the elements of the apparatus that come into contact with the working medium from high-alloy corrosion-resistant steel type 1.4462 STB.
The diameter of the vessel body is 3.2 m. The height of the tank is 6.1 m. The weight of the tank is 10,200 kg.
The customer accepted the assembled vessel at the NPO Passat production facility. It was delivered to the place of operation in disassembled form in large blocks and assemblies.
