NPO Passat has completed the supply of reagent preparation lines to Petrikov GOK
NPO Passat has completed the supply of reagent preparation lines for Petrikov GOK. In total, equipment for six lines was manufactured and delivered:

flocculant solution preparation,

depressant solution preparation,
-
amino-gas oil emulsion preparation,
-
soda solution preparation,
-
amino-gas oil mixture preparation,
-
the collector solution preparation.
Vessel equipment (25 units in total) with a capacity of 15 to 55 m3 was made from stainless steel. A complete set of delivery lines, which also includes pumps, valves, mixers, Big-bag unloading stations, and automation equipment, was delivered to the Perikov GOK. In parallel with the installation and commissioning under the supervision of the manufacturer, the chemical engineers of the Research and Production Association Passat will conduct a practical training course for specialists and personnel of the operational services of the processing plant of the new factory.
Reagent preparation apparatuses manufactured by Passat NPO provide the shortest possible time for the preparation of solutions with minimal energy consumption and ensuring the required technological parameters.
This complex supply was preceded by the supply of equipment and technologies for reagent preparation lines for EuroChem-Usolsky Potash Plant LLC, where NPO Passat developed the technology and supplied nine reagent preparation lines.
