Congratulations to Belaruskali – leader in energy efficiency

The project of implementation of the belt vaccum filters by NPO Passat at the Petrikov Mining and Processing Plant was awarded a first-degree diploma in the prestigious national competition “Energy Efficiency Leader – 2025.” The victory in the “Energy-Efficient Technology of the Year” category (in the “Energy-Efficient Equipment and Systems” subcategory) was awarded by an expert council consisting of specialists from leading industry organizations and relevant government agencies.

About the implemented project
A large-scale modernization of the technological process was carried out at the Petrikovsky Mining and Processing Plant:
- instead of six centrifuges (30 t/h, 165 kW each), three belt vacuum filters (100–120 t/h, 339 kW each) were installed.

Processing capacity has increased more than threefold.

Energy costs per ton of product have been reduced by 38% — from 5.5 to 3.39 kW·h

Maintenance has become easier and equipment reliability has increased.
The overall effect of the implementation of the belt vacuum filter by NPO Passat includes:
- a reduction in the cost of production

a reduction in the load on the power grid and emissions into the environment

support for the policy of import substitution — the equipment was developed and manufactured in Belarus
In addition to energy efficiency, belt vacuum filter manufactured by Passat has a number of other advantages
- It is designed according to the customer's specified technical parameters.
