Research and Production Association “Passat” specializes in the production of process equipment for chemical production facilities and mining and processing plants, including EPC-projects where NPO Passat brings the process equipment to the design performance in cooperation with all the companies of the Passat Holding. Our company is located in the Republic of Belarus. It was founded in 2008. Our staff consists of 270 employees. NPO Passat produces more than 2500 tons of equipment per year.
THE MAIN PRODUCT OF THE COMPANY IS THE EQUIPMENT FOR HALURGICAL AND FLOTATION METHODS OF MINERALS PROCESSING.
The company started its history with the production of equipment for potash ore processing, eventually mastering processing technologies for coal, gold and polymetallic processing plants. The company's developments are protected by patents for inventions and utility models, and the guarantee of achievement of project indicators is ensured by the presence of not only the design department, process automation department, but also chemical and technological service, providing support for the launch and adjustment of technology, training of operating personnel. Introduction of new technologies of thin-layer thickening and ejector flotation is carried out in the form of pilot tests on semi-industrial mobile installations, the company carries out R&D in the field of audit and modernization of flotation and halurgical plants processes.
Our company has the full mechanical engineering cycle for producing of processing equipment: plasma arc cutting, chiseling, bending process,
rolling of metals, welding procedures qualification GMAW/SMAW,
MIG/MAG, TIG, automatic submerged arc welding of bodies of rotation
with the diameter up to 4000mm, turning process with center-to-center
distance of 8000 mm, CNC milling, shot-peening, powder coating,
chemical analysis of alloy steels.

The quality management system is certified for compliance with STB ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. The labor protection management system is certified for compliance with STB 45001-2020. Welding production is certified in accordance with international standards DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 and for compliance with STB 2349-2013 in the National system of conformity confirmation. Welding technologies are certified in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 15614-1, STB ISO 15614-5, as well as DIN EN ISO 15614-1:2017+A1:2019. Coordination of welding works is performed by a specialist of competence level 4 in accordance with STB 1063, as well as a qualified International Welding Engineer. The environmental management system is certified for compliance with ISO 14001:2015.
The company is a member of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is included in its register of bona fide partners, is recognized as a repeated winner of the national contest “Entrepreneur of the Year”, is awarded with the title “Honorary Entrepreneur”, is awarded as a laureate of the contests “Import Substitution” and “Exporter of the Year”, is marked by inscription on the Republican Board of Honor.
The equipment is certified in accordance with the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union.
