Test testing of lamella thickening and ejector flotation technology
NPO Passat offers test laboratory and pilot tests by its own chemical-technological department to confirm the performance of the technology with a specific technological process of mineral processing and beneficiation, technological processes, scaling of the calculation model of thin-layer thickening, clarification, as well as ejector flotation technology to the level of an industrial machine. Our company also provides supervision of installation, start-up and commissioning of the equipment. Own pilot installations of lamella thickener and ejector flotation machine are available for field testing in the conditions of chemical production of the Customer.
Composition of the lamella thickener unit:
- lamella thickener;
- rowing device;
- mixing device of flocculator with PE;
- shut-off valves;
- flow meters and sensors;
- unloading pump;
- electric drive of the rowing device with NC;
- electric drive of the pump with PE.

Composition of the ejector flotation machine installation:
- flotation machine, V= 2.6 m3;
- contacting tank, V=2.5 m3;
- volumetric pump with IF;
- drive;
- compressor;
